You may purchase cards in increments of $1, $5, $10 or $20 usable for calling long distance within the United States, at rate of $0.10 per minute. With each $ 1.00 purchase, you will receive 100 free sweepstakes rewards. To find out if you are a winner use any computer, log into your account online and click the Reveal button or ask for validation from a cashier at the point of sale. (2) For free entry, mail a 3 X 5 inch index card with your name, mailing address, phone number, email address and proof of age to The Phone Shop, P.M.B. 212, 9660 Falls of Neuse Rd. Suite 138, Raleigh, North Carolina, 27615, along with a self-addressed, stamped envelope. An account card with your User name and login details for one hundred (100) free sweepstakes rewards will be mailed to you within 14 business days of receiving your entry. Limit of one (1) sweepstakes entry application per mail-in request. After receiving your account card, you can log onto a computer and use your player rewards to Reveal and see if you are a winner. Each request for a free entry must be mailed separately. No copies or mechanical reproductions of rewards will be accepted. Neither The Phone Shop, or any Sponsor, nor any of its employees, representatives or agencies, is responsible for lost, late, damaged, delayed, destroyed, misdirected, postage-due, incomplete, or illegible rewards or requests for entry. Open to legal U.S. residents who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees of The Phone Shop and its respective parents, subsidiaries, and other affiliated companies, agents, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate families or persons residing in the same household of such employees are not eligible to enter or win.

Winner Randomization and Notification: Each time an entry is “revealed,” the server which hosts the software will randomly generate a result with a finite set of winning and losing rewards and will display the result. If the entry is a winner, the computer will display a “Winner” message, subject to prize claim and redemption by potential winner, and verification. Promotion Prize Claim: To claim a Sweepstakes prize based on a winning message, the potential winner must inform a Sponsor’s employee working in Sponsor’s location to redeem or request a payout using their online account where the redeem request is provided. Upon verification, a winner will also have the option of purchasing additional Long Distance Telephone Cards with their prize winnings. Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the judges, which are final and binding in all respects. Winners may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release within fourteen (14) days of notification in order to receive the prize. Winnings will only be paid to persons that reside in States where these promotion sweepstakes are legally allowed. In the event of non-compliance with these requirements, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. If prize/prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. All claimed prizes will be awarded.

The number of prizes awarded and the amount of the prizes as well as the odds of winnings each prize amount are displayed on a separate document near these official rules. SPONSOR OFFERS NO ASSURANCES, GUARANTEES OR WARRANTIES THAT THE PROMOTION WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE AND DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED THROUGH THE PROMOTION. Acceptance of a prize or prizes shall constitute and signify the winner’s agreement and consent that Sponsor may use his/her name, address (city and state only), likeness, and/or prize information for promotional purposes without further compensation, where legal. Failure to allow or comply with this rule will result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes. The sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to: (i) disqualify from this or any Sweepstakes it sponsors, now or in the future, any person it finds, in its sole discretion, has intentionally violated these Official Rules, tampered with the entry process, the operation of this Sweepstakes, or any other aspect of this Sweepstakes; and (ii) cancel or suspend part or all of this Sweepstakes in the event that printing errors, viruses, tampering, fraud, unauthorized intervention or other causes beyond Sponsor’s control, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Sweepstakes. In such event, Sponsor may award prizes in a random drawing from all eligible rewards received up to the date of cancellation or suspension.

The Sponsor and the creators of The Phone Shop assumes no responsibility for the computer system, hardware, software or program malfunctions or other errors, failures, damages, delayed computer transactions, network connections or internet connectivity, whether human, technical or otherwise in nature, in conjunction with this contest, participation or in connection with any prize acceptance or prizes awarded.

ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER PERSON TO DELIBERATELY UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS; AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT OR OTHER PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INCLUDING SEEKING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.
